General unsigned draft for a manufacturer or authorised representative. Enter the applicable Union legislation and standards yourself after checking product requirements. No law selection, testing, conformity assessment or certification. Product-specific mandatory details may require a different model: add them and review the editable Word before signing. This is not an EC declaration of incorporation, a construction-product declaration of performance or an automatic template for medical devices/PPE. Maximum 1000 characters and 30 lines per field; additional details up to 1000 characters. No CE logo or signature is added.
What happens to my files?
Your entries are processed locally and are not sent to our server. Reset clears the result and restores initial form values. Downloads remain on your device.
