Supported features & limits

Template for the buyer to review and sign. Records buyer name/address, goods/quantity, destination place and month, issue date and signatory. Include vehicle identification numbers where required. Attach the invoice reference. Does not prove receipt, validate signatures or determine VAT exemption. Up to 100 goods rows. German legal reference: §17b UStDV. Optional VAT check sends only country/number through this site to EU VIES. Word export is editable.

Document generation stays local. Choosing VAT lookup sends only the selected country and VAT number through this website to EU VIES. Lookup results may be cached in memory for up to 15 minutes. Reset clears your entries and results.
